I really enjoyed my stay with convenient access to Parham Bridges' Park, which was just a short walk away and perfect for a midday stroll. Northpark Mall was only 1.5 km away for some quick shopping after exploring the city.

The location offers great shopping options, and the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. However, the rooms showed signs of wear, with cleanliness issues and reports of bugs. Renovations are ongoing, but it still felt a bit dated during my time here.

Family getaway, mostly pleasant
The staff were very nice, accommodating us without a fuss when we requested to change rooms. The King Room with Sofa Bed was comfortable and gave us the space we needed after a long journey. Despite the challenges, it was a welcome break on the way home.
Not the cheapest option, but still acceptable.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed some exciting water skiing nearby and explored the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel was clean. It was nice and conveniently located to check out nearby shopping and dining spots. Just keep in mind, some areas are still being remodeled, but it didn't really bother us.
The hotel had a bit of a worn look in areas like hallways, which could use some extra attention to overall cleanliness.

I stayed in a King Room with Sofa Bed for one night and found the room spacious with a cozy corner perfect for winding down after a busy day. The air conditioning worked great, so I felt comfortable. The staff showed exceptional friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit. The location was easy to find and convenient. However, some issues stood out. The carpets in common areas looked worn and definitely in need of a deep clean. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at times, which was frustrating. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations thanks to the staff, but the hotel needs some improvements in cleanliness and internet service.

The breakfast service was frustrating, with one person handling everything, leading to long waits. The room appeared decent, but the lobby had an overwhelming scent and looked outdated, which tainted the experience. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate guests despite the challenges.

missingWrote a review on 31 Maypoor cleanliness
From the moment I stepped into the hotel, cleanliness was an issue. The elevator was scratched up and tired, and my room had visibly stained carpets that made me question the overall hygiene. Additionally, I experienced multiple frustrations with key cards that repeatedly failed, necessitating trips to the main entrance. Some areas, like the third-floor hallway, had an uninviting smell that lingered throughout my stay, diminishing comfort. Noise from guests by the pool after midnight also made it hard to rest up for the next leg of my journey. While I managed, I wouldn’t say it was a pleasant or relaxing experience.
